Freight Billing Address for Vallen Shipments

• Reference freight terms on the PO. If incorrect, contact the buyer listed on the PO.
  
• Debits will be issued to suppliers where Vallen incurs freight on POs with full freight allowed (FFA) terms.
  
• The Vallen PO number respective to the shipment is required on shipping documents.
  

∘ Use the PO reference field for FedEx parcel shipments.

∘ Use reference field #2 for UPS parcel shipments.

∘ Use the PO reference field for LTL Bills of Lading.

For Vallen shipments less than 150 pounds shipping on Vallen's account, please follow the below instructions:

• Ship via FedEx Ground – Bill Recipient to Vallen facilities on the account number provided on the PO.
• Ship via FedEx Ground - Third Party for drop shipments on the account number provided on the PO.
  
  

For shipments over 150 pounds shipping on Vallen's account, please follow the below instructions:

1. Domestic Shipments
   • Ship FedEx Freight Economy (FXNL) - Collect & remit to below address:

2. International Shipments
   • Contact Expedited Logistics and Freight Services at vallenimports@elfsfreight.com
