Need help with your account, an order, or something else? Our team is here to assist with any inquiries related to Vallen.com or your purchasing experience.
To view the status of your order, log in to your account and click Orders from the ribbon menu at the top of the page. Then select Order History to see a list of your recent orders.
From the Order History page, you can click on any Order Number (displayed as a hyperlink) to view the full order details. If tracking information is available, you’ll find it on this page.

To manage your account, log in and click your My Account icon in the upper right corner. From there, you can update your contact information, change your password, and manage site preferences.
